Meeting Password Request

In order to keep our members safe, we do not publish the password to our zoom meetings online. We have been Zoom bombed several times and unfortunately must protect the anonymity and safety of all participants.

To get the password, you can send an email containing your phone number to saamapsgroup@gmail.com and our administrator will contact you within 48 hours.

 	<li>It is important to remind everyone that SAA is non-professional. It is not sex therapy or group therapy and offers no treatment of any kind. It is not a society of hyper-sexed individuals, a place to pick up sex partners, a place to learn to control and enjoy lust, a social club, or an opportunity to solicit reactions from others.</li>
 	<li>If someone shares explicit content that makes you uncomfortable, you may ask a host or co-host to ask the speaker to redirect their share appropriately. If a share triggers you, remember our meetings are a safe space to work out your triggers by sharing with the group.</li>
 	<li>If you disagree with someone’s share or point of view, it may be helpful to remember that each of us has arrived at these rooms by taking a different journey and may have different beliefs and influences. We have come to this meeting to find a safe and judgment-free space.</li>
 	<li>If someone you met in these meetings contacts you in a way that makes you uncomfortable, tell them to stop and reach out to a trusted servant (meeting secretary, host co-host, etc.). Any member who does not respect the boundaries of others in the group may have participation privileges restricted or revoked.</li>
 	<li>Do not share information about any illegal activities you have undertaken, unless they have been fully reported to law enforcement. Disclosing illegal activities puts attendees in a position of being party to criminal activity, and some may be compelled to report these activities.</li>
 	<li>Participants must refrain from sharing graphic details or details of their acting-out behavior, which could lead others to follow in their footsteps. Please don’t share websites, mobile apps, social media websites, search terms, or acting out locations Do not share specifics regarding any grooming behavior you may have engaged in. Please use “I or me” language to avoid speaking on behalf of other members. Avoid detailing activities that describe contact with minors you have had, plan to have, or fantasize about outside of discussing how to deal with related triggers.</li>
 	<li>I understand and agree that these and the intergroup’s other safety rules apply in all intergroup and fellowship activities. Fellowship activities are defined as formal and informal gatherings of individuals whose primary connection are our meetings.</li>

This meeting is open to any adult 18 and older who has the desire to stop compulsive sexual behavior. It is intended to give Minor Attracted People a safe place to share, however, regardless of the nature of your struggle, if you feel this meeting could be a safe place for you to share, you belong here.
Topic/discussion. First-step presentations allowed if scheduled with your sponsor and meeting secretary. Not a chip meeting.

Avenel Prison Meeting

The Fellow Travelers Intergroup sponsors an SAA meeting at the Avenel, New Jersey Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center. The intergroup funds materials for the meeting, provides sponsor letter-writers for inmates and works with prison officials to facilitate inmate recovery activities. When donating to the intergroup, fellows may specify that they would like their contribution to benefit the ADTC meeting.

Legal Consequences Meetings

The Sexual Life and Legal Consequences (SLLC) meetings exist to provide a supplemental 12-step inspired recovery environment for individuals whose sexual behaviors and/or actions may have significant life or legal consequences.
